Kim Sae-ron's Family Reveals Evidence of Alleged Relationship with Kim Soo-hyun

Secondupdate.com – The family of the late actress Kim Sae-ron recently revealed evidence that they claim proves Kim Sae-ron was in a relationship with actor Kim Soo-hyun when she was still underage.

At a press conference held at the Space Share Center in Seoul, South Korea, the family's lawyer, Bu Ji-seok from the Buyou law firm, explained that they decided to release this evidence to put an end to the growing speculation that has been negatively affecting the emotional state of the family.

"Recently, Kim Sae-ron’s personal life has been indiscriminately exposed almost every day, leading to speculation and criticism that have impacted her grieving family," Bu stated during the press conference, as reported by The Korea Times on Thursday (March 27).

As part of the evidence, Kim Sae-ron’s family released KakaoTalk messages allegedly exchanged between Sae-ron and Kim Soo-hyun in June 2016, when Sae-ron was 16 years old.

Kim Soo-hyun’s representatives confirmed that the two did have a relationship but firmly denied that they started dating while Kim Sae-ron was still underage. They asserted that the relationship only began after Sae-ron reached adulthood.

In addition to the messages, the family also revealed a handwritten letter that Kim Sae-ron wrote last year but never sent.

In the letter, Sae-ron apologized for previously posting a photo of herself and Kim Soo-hyun embracing on social media. She admitted that she had been afraid of facing legal action from her agency, Gold Medalist, which also represents Kim Soo-hyun.

"I couldn’t contact anyone at the company and was scared of legal action. I posted that photo hoping to get in touch with the company. I’m sorry for causing trouble. I felt scared and uncomfortable with people at Gold Medalist," she wrote in the letter.

In the same letter, Kim Sae-ron also expressed her feelings toward Kim Soo-hyun.

Since March 10, rumors about Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Sae-ron’s relationship have been widely discussed, especially after the YouTube channel Hoverlab claimed that their relationship began when Sae-ron was still underage. Since then, both sides have made conflicting claims and denied various allegations.

With this newly released evidence, Kim Sae-ron’s family hopes to put an end to the ongoing public debate.
