Secondupdate.com – Rapper Kanye West and his wife, Bianca Censori, are reportedly splitting after both were said to have sought legal counsel for a divorce.

According to Channel News Asia on Friday (Feb 13), rumors of their separation surfaced following two weeks of controversy involving Kanye.

TMZ reported that the couple had sought legal advice regarding their divorce, while Daily Mail claimed that Censori had agreed to a $5 million settlement.

Just days before the news broke, Kanye and Bianca made headlines when they appeared on the red carpet, where Censori was seen wearing an almost transparent outfit, sparking debates on social media.

Many have expressed concerns that Kanye may have pressured his wife into dressing that way, as she has frequently worn revealing outfits throughout their two-year marriage.

Shortly after, Kanye posted a series of controversial statements on X (formerly Twitter). In one of his posts, he referred to himself as a "Nazi" and claimed to have "power over" his wife.

"I don’t force her to do anything she doesn’t want to, but she certainly wouldn’t be able to do it without my approval," he wrote in all caps, with no punctuation.

According to the New York Post, Kanye's decision to wear a shirt featuring Nazi imagery reportedly infuriated Bianca.

However, these breakup rumors were denied by Milo Yiannopoulos, a far-right figure allegedly representing the couple. In a statement to The Hollywood Reporter, he asserted that Kanye and Bianca were still together in Los Angeles and preparing to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

"Ye and Bianca are in Los Angeles, getting ready to celebrate Valentine's Day together. Any announcements regarding their personal lives will come directly from them, not from unverified media rumors," he told the outlet.

Previously, Kanye West was married to Kim Kardashian, from whom he divorced in 2022. The former couple shares four children.
