NCT 127 Successfully Holds 'Neo City - The Momentum' Concert in Jakarta, Delivering a Spectacular Performance

Secondupdate.com – South Korean idol group NCT 127 successfully held their concert titled Neo City - The Momentum at Indonesia Arena, Jakarta, on Saturday.
The concert featured an engaging concept with seamless transitions between songs, enhanced by story videos (VCRs) starring each member. These videos provided a preview of the upcoming songs, adding a dramatic and emotional touch for the audience.
Additionally, the VCRs showcased artistic visuals with aesthetically pleasing cinematography. Fans couldn’t stop cheering as they watched their idols perform in various captivating concepts.
During the concert, NCT 127 performed around 26 songs, including some of their biggest hits like Kick It, 2 Baddies, and Fact Check. They also performed songs from their latest album, Walk, which was released in 2024.
Beyond energetic performances that hyped up the crowd, the group—consisting of Doyoung, Jungwoo, Mark, Johnny, Yuta, and Haechan—also delivered heartfelt ballads such as Meaning of Love and Time Capsule, touching the hearts of their fans.
One of the most emotional moments of the concert was when a video featured Taeyong and Jaehyun, who are currently serving in the military. Seeing them in the VCR made fans emotional and miss their presence.
Throughout the concert, the NCT 127 members expressed their gratitude to fans for their unwavering support since their debut. They also shared their excitement about returning to Indonesia in the future.
The concert concluded with Promise You, a sentimental song that fans sang along to with deep emotion. Despite not being an upbeat track, it served as a perfect and heartfelt closing.
As a special memory, the final moments of the concert included a group photo session with fans, where the members held pink heart-shaped signs.
Neo City - The Momentum is NCT 127’s fourth world tour, following The Origin, The Link, and The Unity. Jakarta marked their second stop after opening the tour in Seoul, South Korea, on January 18-19.
