Synopsis of Detective Chinatown 1900

The film follows the story of Qin Fu (Liu Haoran) and Ah Gui (Wang Baoqiang), who meet by chance and eventually become a detective duo. Together, they must solve the murder of a white woman in Chinatown.

The problem? The prime suspect is a Chinese man, which intensifies the tension and conflict. The public even demands the closure of Chinatown due to the case.

Meanwhile, Bai Xuanling (Chow Yun Fat), the leader of the Chinatown Association and father of Bai Zhenbang (Zhang Xincheng), is suspected of being involved in the murder.

Qin Fu and Ah Gui must race against time to uncover the real culprit while facing numerous obstacles and prejudice within the community.
