SecondUpdate.com - South Korean actress Jun Ji Hyun has once again captured public attention after sharing the healthy lifestyle habits she has maintained over the years.

She revealed this while appearing on the variety show Going Out Is Just an Excuse alongside the cast members of the film Colony.

During the show, which was hosted by Yoo Jae Suk, Jun Ji Hyun admitted that she is not someone who regularly eats breakfast in the morning. Instead, she prefers to skip breakfast and have her first meal later in the day.

According to her, she usually eats around 2 p.m. Since she is already very hungry by then, she chooses to eat a large portion of healthy food to meet her energy needs.

The My Love from the Star star also shared that she only eats twice a day. After lunch, she prefers to have dinner early and does not strictly limit the types of food she eats.

In addition to maintaining her diet, Jun Ji Hyun is also very disciplined when it comes to exercise. She revealed that she almost always makes time to work out every morning for about an hour.

The 44-year-old actress explained that her workout sessions can last even longer when she trains with a personal trainer. In one session, she can spend up to two hours exercising, including additional solo training after working with her trainer.

Interestingly, Jun Ji Hyun’s fitness routine is not limited to weight training. She also occasionally does kickboxing to improve her stamina and build strength. However, she admitted that the workout is extremely challenging and physically demanding.

Jun Ji Hyun’s healthy lifestyle habits have impressed many fans. Even at the age of 44, she continues to look fit and youthful thanks to her balanced eating habits and consistent workout routine.
