The information began circulating after a TikTok post showed a screenshot of a notification from Instagram.

In the notification, Instagram stated that Jungkook’s account was suspected of engaging in activities considered to violate the platform’s intellectual property policies.

Instagram also warned that if no review request is submitted within 180 days, the account could be permanently disabled.

“Your account, or activity on your account, does not follow our policies regarding intellectual property. If you do not submit a review request within 180 days, your account will be permanently disabled,” the notification circulating on social media stated.

As a result of the suspension, fans are temporarily unable to view Jungkook’s previous posts and activities on Instagram.

The situation immediately sparked concern among ARMY, the name for BTS fans, across various social media platforms.

Many fans expressed their support and hoped that their idol’s account would soon return to normal. Some of them also created special hashtags to show support for Jungkook.
