TenZ Denies Cheating Allegations Involving Kyedae, Says Their Breakup Was a Mutual Decision

The couple, who had been together for approximately six years, officially announced their breakup, which soon sparked widespread speculation on social media.

Kyedae was the first to share the news of their separation with the public. Shortly afterward, unfounded narratives began circulating, claiming that their relationship ended due to the involvement of a third party.

The name John Choi, known to be a close friend of both Kyedae and TenZ, was dragged into the controversy. Some netizens even accused Kyedae of cheating with John.

As the rumors continued to spread, TenZ finally addressed the issue through his X account on Monday (February 9).

He firmly denied all allegations related to infidelity. According to TenZ, their breakup was a mutual decision and did not involve any form of betrayal from either side.

TenZ stated that the cheating accusations were completely false. He also explained that John Choi has been a close friend of his as well as Kyedae’s since their high school years.

Their friendship, he emphasized, is nothing new and does not contain any romantic elements as alleged by netizens.

TenZ also addressed photos of Kyedae and John that had gone viral on social media. He claimed that the images were manipulated by irresponsible individuals to make it appear as though Kyedae and John were traveling alone together.

In reality, TenZ was originally supposed to join the trip but had to cancel at the last minute. Additionally, another close friend who was present on the trip was deliberately cropped out of the photos.

Meanwhile, John Choi also spoke up to defend himself. He strongly denied accusations that he was a third party who caused Kyedae and TenZ’s relationship to end.

John emphasized that he does not have a romantic relationship with Kyedae and has never spent time alone with her outside of group settings.

He also urged netizens to stop manipulating photos and spreading false narratives. John revealed that he has received serious threats as a result of the baseless rumors.

With clarifications from both parties, TenZ hopes the public will stop spreading unfounded rumors and respect their personal decision.

According to him, the breakup is a private matter that should not be clouded by slander and excessive speculation.
