SecondUpdate.com – Jungkook of BTS is once again facing a worrying situation.

The global K-pop idol has once again become the victim of a stalking case after a woman from Brazil was detained by South Korean police for daring to come to his residence in Seoul.

The woman, believed to be around 30 years old, was arrested by Yongsan District Police after violating a restraining order. She had previously received an official instruction to stay at least 100 meters away from Jungkook’s home, but she chose to ignore it.

According to police, the suspect reappeared in front of Jungkook’s house on January 4, 2026, at around 2:50 p.m. local time. Her presence even caused a disturbance and disrupted the surrounding neighborhood.

Not only that, the woman was also reported to have thrown letters into the idol’s residential area. She had already been caught visiting the same location twice in December. Because she continued to repeat her actions, the police finally secured her at the scene.

This incident adds to the long list of stalking cases Jungkook has experienced over the past few years. Several individuals from various countries have attempted to approach or even enter the area around his home without permission.

Some of them include a woman from China who tried to enter his door access code, a Korean woman who trespassed into his private parking area, and a Japanese fan who was allegedly trying to unlock Jungkook’s door.

These repeated incidents have had a major impact on Jungkook’s sense of safety. In a live broadcast some time ago, he admitted that he once saw an intrusion attempt through his home CCTV cameras and felt extremely worried.

He also delivered a firm warning to anyone intending to disturb his privacy. Jungkook emphasized that his entire home area is monitored by security cameras, meaning that any suspicious actions can immediately become evidence for authorities.

This latest case has once again drawn public attention to the importance of privacy protection and security for artists, especially K-pop idols who have massive global fan bases. Many fans hope that agencies and authorities will tighten security systems to better protect Jungkook’s safety in the future.
